Daylong Silent Retreats

Spend a full day cultivating moment-to-moment presence and nurturing mindfulness qualities. The retreat includes seated and walking meditations, guided yoga, lovingkindness meditation and mindful eating. At the end of the day, ease out of silence with quiet conversation and group discussion.

Mindfulness Foundations
