  • Hypnosis for Pain

    Hypnosis can help reduce pain and anxiety. This class teaches you self hypnosis to safely tap into the natural healing ability of your mind. Participants receive recordings to use on their own.

  • Living Well with Chronic Pain

    This four-week program is for people living with chronic pain due to fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, peripheral neuropathy, long-term injury or another pain condition. Learn and practice techniques that help you feel more comfortable.

  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy

    Scientific research shows that this therapy can help you cope with depression, mood disorders and emotional distress. Learn meditation and breathing exercises to break the cycle of negative thoughts.

  • Mindfulness Skills
