- Personalized care
We understand that every case is unique. We evaluate each individual's case using consultants and experts within Vanderbilt and the local professional community. With your permission, we may contact referral sources, complainants, family members and professional or business associates to establish a more complete perspective of your situation. Together, we will design a plan to resolve underlying issues, enhance personal growth and promote professional success.

We consult with your workplace and other specialists on a need-to-know basis. Your assessment records are kept separate from Vanderbilt’s electronic records system to ensure confidentiality and protect your privacy.
- Follow-up and monitoring
Your customized treatment plan allows for ongoing support and measurable follow-up. We can provide monitoring and follow-up services in certain situations, including addiction recovery or medication management. We may also provide reassessment to assure compliance with past recommendations.
