Adult Intensive Outpatient Program
Our Adult Intensive Outpatient Program provides treatment for adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety and depression. A co-occurring focus is provided for those needing specialized therapy for substance-use/co-occurring disorders.
This level of care can serve as a step down from inpatient, detox or residential care, or a step up for those needing more than individual therapy without substantial disruption to their lives. Our approach includes support and education to help individuals manage their mental health by learning effective coping skills.
Clients are able to continue their regular work and school schedule, while attending sessions during the evening.
Program Hours: Monday – Thursday, 4 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Typical program length five to six weeks, depending on individual treatment goals.
