Rachel Chelewski, PharmDRachel Chelewski, PharmD, CSP, is a transplant pharmacist at Vanderbilt Transplant Clinic. She is a graduate of Belmont University’s College of Pharmacy. She joined Vanderbilt in 2014.





 

Keren Johnson, PharmDKeren Johnson, PharmD, CSP, is a transplant pharmacist at Vanderbilt Transplant Clinic. She is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University’s Lloyd. L. Gregory College of Pharmacy. She joined Vanderbilt in 2015.
