If your newborn needs advanced care

  • Our Level II neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) manages care for babies born as early as 32 weeks.
  • For babies born younger than 32 gestational weeks or smaller than 3.3 pounds, our Level IV NICU at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, in Nashville, is the most advanced in the region. Our pediatric and neonatal transport team will safely transport your baby to Monroe Carell. 
  • For local pediatric care, our pediatricians at Vanderbilt Integrated Pediatrics Tullahoma can see your child from birth through adolescence.

Prenatal Classes

Knowing what to expect can ease some worries that come with having a baby. Our prenatal class prepares parents-to-be for pregnancy, labor, delivery and newborn care.

Classes are free but registration is required. Register by calling (931) 393-7938, or online at Eventbrite.com
