This was my first visit with Dr. Woodall. I felt very cared for and she was very easy to talk to. Great bedside manner.

This experience was really upsetting. I came in expecting a consultation, but was scheduled for an IUD insertion without anyone clearly telling me ahead of time.The appointment itself lasted maybe 3 minutes. I tried to explain that I had a traumatic experience with my last IUD insertion, and while that was acknowledged, I was given no real support, guidance, or options.Because I couldn't remember exactly which IUD I have, I was basically told to call back when I knew, and that was it. I left feeling completely dismissed and confused about what I was even supposed to do next.This is such a sensitive area of care, and I left the appointment feeling unheard and unsupported. I ended up crying in my car afterward. Patients deserve better communication and compassion than this

I was a first time patient for Dr Woodall, she did not introduce herself to me or take a minute to ask a single personal question about myself to break the ice. She jumped immediately into my health concerns and was very interrogative in doing so. I felt very put on the spot rather than having an opportunity to open up about my concerns. I left the appointment with all of the same (if not mor) questions that I had when I arrived.

She was rude and very disrespectful and dismissive of my issues and health as I've been struggling since December

Dr. Woodall is very professional and kind. You can tell she really cares about you and your well being.

Dr. Woodall was fantastic. As a new patient, she listened to me and educated me with any question I asked. She spent as much time with me as I needed to cover all my concerns

I did not have any real concerns, but she did go over everything that she was checking. She puts me at ease and I feel like discussing any concerns when I do have any. She Is exceptional !
