Everything with my care & providers are good. Although, I cannot say the same For the parking situation. If I didn't know better, I would think that you were trying to drive people away out of frustration.

All of the medical professionals at Vanderbilt have been exceptional. Emily Smith knows my medical circumstances and has provided good advice to help me manage my condition. Very caring; detail oriented. Takes her time with me; making sure my concerns are addressed. She follows up with me when needed.

Ms Emily was professional, thorough and friendly. She heard what I had to say about what was going on and made sure that we would figure out what's going. Mad feel feel so much better that someone understood what I was complaining about.

She, Emily, really listens and you can tell she concentrates on your issue and does her best to resolve any medical problems.
