Michelle K. Roach MD

Dr Roach is not my normal provider but my provider was gone for vacation during this particular cycle. She is very knowledgeable but while doing my procedure she seemed very focused on her task and is not one for small talk or too much explaining during the procedure. She did answer any questions I had and is very prompt on getting in any results or medications needed. However, her technique and patient care is very regimented it almost felt like she needed to get on to her next task, I had to ask the nurse to get her after the procedure for a question, which she did come very quickly to answer but again seemed like maybe she was very busy and needed to get on to the next task. Now as a healthcare worker myself I can see how she is the only MD at that office and maybe Vanderbilt should hire on another provider to help ease the load on her. Otherwise she was very knowledgeable and prompt with answering any patient portal questions and getting in any testing results. I would like to add that my usual provider Ms. Karen Norfleet-Mcewan is amazing in every way!! But when she is not there I would still feel comfortable seeing Dr. Roach as I respect her knowledge and promptness on test results.

Dr Timi was phenomenal. As was Dr Roach.

Karen was calming, compassionate, and answered all my questions. I felt really taken care of. She was excellent!
