I normally love dr. Osburn but her forgetting to call in my prescription has really put a negative spin on this practice. I moved into Nashville 2 years ago and kept going down to Franklin because I liked her a lot but I think it's time to change. The experience of being without meds for 2 days and unable to contact the clinic directly was detrimental to my mental health.

It was my first time with this provider and she did not introduce herself I had to ask her who she was. Seemed very rushed, had the door opened with her leg while asking me questions about my care/telling my symptoms. Showed little interest when answering my concerns and felt as if I was another pregnant patient to check off of her list for the day.

Dr. Osburn is amazing. She listens to all my concerns - and even better, she can relate by her personal experience - so she understands!

Dr. Osburn is the best. She always takes the time to sit and listen and although I know she is extremely busy, I never feel rushed.
