I usually see Dr. Nan. But my visit was same day and impromptu. As a black woman, I'm usually timid to go to any doctor. But, Dr. Nancy was so kind, attentive, and upbeat! I felt like she was my primary doctor lol.

I chose to take the first available appointment in Franklin which caused my travel time to be 30 minutes. I would have preferred a closer location, but was extremely satisfied with all of the caring employees. I would definitely return to see Dr Osburn if needed.
