I have been seeing doctor Haynes since 2016. He has always been very detailed and helpful in every way.

I absolutely love Dr Hanes as a Doctor. I think he's the best. Has excellent care of me over the years and has helped me hear again out of my right ear. Will forever be grateful.

I trust Dr. Haynes fully. He's honest, friendly, knowledgeable and very respectful. I appreciate that he treats me like a person first and always communicates about what he's doing and what to expect, asks permission/consent. Couldn't ask for a better doctor.

Dr. Hayes, was gentle, spoke with kindness and understanding. He Listened. He Was very very kind and with his professional expertise solved my problem. I have been to serval ENTs to no avail. This was my fourth visit with Dr. Haynes, monitoring an acoustic neuroma's growth over the years. I always appreciate his knowledgeable matter-of-fact approach, and his patience in answering my questions and providing me with context. I'm glad he's still on staff and feel very confident that I'm in good hands going forward!

I appreciate that Dr Haynes made sure the same day to consult with another surgeon that can/will possibly do my surgery since he no longer does stapes. He was very informative and understood I had already done my homework.

Dr. Haynes and his associate were both very relaxed, which put me at ease, and we had a productive discussion regarding his plan for my cochlear implant.
