My care provider is like no other. She is extremely knowledgeable. She helped me and no one has been able to do that. She listens. She makes a well planned out plan of treatment that she explains to me so that I can understand. She is wonderful. She is the best provider that I have and I have a lot of them with my Crohn's disease. She made it better!! She is extremely intelligent!!!

She explained things in a manner that could easily be understood. I didn't tell her that I was a retired RN until she asked me what my career was, then she became embarrassed and apologized for insulting my intelligence. I then explained that it was my way of doing things because too many times things haven't been explained well if they know I was a retired RN.
