Very good to be honest

I was called to come in earlier than my scheduled time, because they weren't busy, just to have me wait for over an hour while Belinda sat and talked to her colleagues. Only after my husband left to change my son's diaper and saw sitting and having a full conversation did she finally decide to come into our room. To then to my disappointment she hadn't even looked at my chart to know I was a high risk pregnancy. So I had to give her to full run down. By the end I didn't even finish to ask my questions and concerns, cause she was walking us out. I instead wrote through the patient portal to get somewhat of an idea about my questions and concerns.

I went to a new doctor and am reading over my appointment. I'm really really upset. I'm 17 weeks and everything on this list we did NOT discuss but it's stated that we did. I swear on my life I spoke with Belinda Caldwell for less than 7 minutes. The only lab work was a urine sample that I held onto the entire appointment which was weird, even having to carry it into the waiting room with me for an hour. We never discussed flu or Covid, she never discussed a genetic screening, we never discussed weight or she would know that I am down 17 lbs and on zofran which I ask her to order and it was never done. We never discussed where I would be giving birth ie Nashville or Tennova, we didn't discuss that my last child was a c section or go over my options for this birth. They did schedule me for the anatomy scan but it's at a completely different doctor's office and I was told to come back the same day to this office. Who do I contact, the doctor, my insurance, my old doctor hours away, I need my medication refilled and I don't think I should have to pay for a five minute visit. My entire visit consisted of me peeing in a cup upon arrival, waiting an hour, being seen for 7 minutes to have a Doppler hear the babies her beat, me asking if she would prescribe my medication and giving her the pharmacy which she never wrote down any details and it never got ordered. I'm crying reading what they said happened when it's what I wish would have happened but never did.
