Dr Adams is why I came to Vanderbilt. We live 2 hours away, but I would travel across the country to have the right doctor(s). This was my first time seeing her, but we have been so pleased with other doctors at Vanderbilt that we have seen for other issues. Dr Adams was very thorough and took time to listen, assess, provide a path forward, and answer every question I had. I recognize this approach leads to longer waiting time for patients due to more time with each patient, but this is worth the wait. I would wait as long as needed to receive this type of care, because I leave with confidence rather than leaving with a fast food approach that generates no confidence. So, thank you for your thorough approach!

Dr. Adams is very patient and very understanding. I am thankful to have her as my doctor.

Dr. Adams was very attentive. She was concerned about byline so she got the nurse who Is ver experienced with central lines and together they looked at and applied a new dressing. Dr. Adams was very thorough with asking about all my issues since the last visit and prior communications. She reviewed all my meds and discussed possible changes.

I was basically told I need to get a vaccine. I appreciate the information on my risk, but it should have been given as a RECOMMENDATION for me to discuss with my primary care provider.
