At Vanderbilt, we offer approachable, accessible and personalized HIV prevention and comprehensive sexual healthcare. Our Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) Clinic offers medication and services for people at high risk of contracting HIV.
A daily medication taken on a regular basis before exposure to HIV can reduce the risk of HIV infection by more than 90%. It can be prescribed to adults and some teenagers.
