Dr. Poon helps lead Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s (VUMC) value-based care initiatives, including its provider-led, direct-to-employer bundled payment programs and care standardization efforts. Previously a Vanderbilt Emergency Care Research Training NHLBI K12 Scholar, she has published widely on health services research and value-based care in top-tier medical journals.
She can provide extensive insight into shaping and managing the entire episode of care for patients and how—through data and collaboration—providers, payors and patients can see improvements in care, outcomes and costs.
