Chemotherapy is a common treatment for many types of cancer. We designed a comfortable, healing environment for patients undergoing chemotherapy. Features of the infusion center at the Vanderbilt-Ingram Midtown Nashville location include:
- Private rooms
We offer access to private rooms, so you can have guests join you during your treatment. Each room has a television, plus lighting and temperature control for your comfort.
- Discretion combined with quick access to nurses
The unique “pod” design gives you everything you need. Each pod affords privacy to individual patients while facing the central nursing station. This design means that we can quickly respond to you when you need us, while ensuring your privacy.
- Clinical trials
There is a separate, dedicated space for patients undergoing clinical trials at our infusion center. Nurses with training and experience in that particular specialty staff the clinical trial rooms.
