Telehealth During COVID-19 Response

To slow the spread of the novel coronavirus (or COVID-19), Vanderbilt Health expands Telehealth visits to more patients.

When possible, Vanderbilt Health patients can now be seen while at home through telehealth video visits. Telehealth is easy to use and works with your existing smartphone, tablet or computer. Telehealth visits are conducted within My Health at Vanderbilt.

My Health at Vanderbilt is a free, convenient online tool that you can use to message your provider, schedule appointments, view your medical records and test results, and more.

Preparing for your telehealth visit:

  1. Set up a My Health at Vanderbilt account.
  2. Download Zoom and test your telehealth connection. Learn more here.

Vanderbilt Telehealth is bringing the right care at the right time and place to healthcare facilities across Tennessee and beyond.
