Biometric Screenings

Overview

Biometric health screenings help employees understand their risk for potentially life-threatening health issues, such as diabetes or heart disease. Sometimes these employer onsite health screenings may be the only medical checkup your employees receive all year. As they learn about their individual health risks, they also learn ways to live healthier.

To meet the growing trend of remote and hybrid workforces, you can now offer your employees the option of on-site screenings and at-home screenings using a mobile app and kit. Like in-person screening events, employees who self-collect via at-home screening kits will still receive outreach from Vanderbilt Health coaches if they have concerning results or need help with follow-up care. You will receive workforce-level reports with aggregated results for both in-person/on-site and at-home screenings from the VHES team.
