How It Works
- Once you are confirmed eligible for the bundle, the patient navigator schedules you for an ortho consult to confirm that surgery is the best next step for you.
- Pre-surgery education will help you prepare for the procedure.
- Surgery will typically involve an an outpatient procedure, but in some cases will involve an overnight stay.
- You will participate in physical and occupational therapy, as well as rehabilitation services as directed by your physician.
Duration
Bundle coverage begins on the day of enrollment by an eligible Member and ends 90 days after the joint replacement procedure.
