Aquatic Therapy
If you have arthritis or other chronic pain, a more comfortable way to exercise is in a warm-water pool. Aquatic therapy can help you increase strength and flexibility and help you walk better. At the Vanderbilt Dayani Center, our physical therapists customize a water exercise plan for you. To see one of our therapists, you must have a referral from your doctor.
