Vanderbilt Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Bellevue
Partnering with you and your family for all your healthcare needs
Vanderbilt Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Bellevue is a group of doctors who care for children, adults and families. We enjoy getting to know you and working together to maintain general wellness or assist with acute or chronic illness. In some cases we see four generations of family members, from infants to 100 year-olds. You'll enjoy the benefits of care from your physician over your lifetime.
Our doctors are board-certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Residents in our practice receive additional specialized training beyond medical school.
Our One Hundred Oaks clinic offers another convenient location, along with many subspecialties, so you can coordinate multiple visits in one day.
If you regularly see subspecialists at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, we can help coordinate your visits there.
We strive to provide the highest quality care by using the most up-to-date, evidence-based scientific information and expertise available to us.
Why Choose Vanderbilt Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Bellevue
- Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Designated
We strive to provide the highest quality care by using the most up-to-date, evidence-based scientific information and expertise available to us. Our clinic is a designated Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). This team-based care model helps us keep improving quality, efficiency, safety and patient satisfaction. PCMH certified clinics have met specific criteria set by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), demonstrating that they are providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Teaching the Next Generation of Pediatricians
In your clinic visit, you may see pediatric residents, attending physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and health care students. Our residents spend three or more years in training at Monroe Carell, in our clinics with patients, or learning the latest heath care advances from our specialists. Your child may see only one doctor, or a resident may ask an attending (supervisor) for a second opinion.
- After-hours care
If you have an urgent question and our office is closed, you can still reach us by calling our clinic’s phone number. There is always a provider on call. We also have several after-hours clinics in middle Tennessee with later hours. Call us first before going to the emergency room unless your child has a life-threatening emergency.
