This was my first experience with newly assigned physician as Dr Baum retired in June of this year. I lbelieve that we will build the same positive trust over time, I was very happy with this appointment.

Dr Zaidi is always prepared for the interview and takes care to answer all questions and comment on my observations. She is superb.

I had some specific concerns, which I tried to explain, but Dr. Zaidi repeatedly cut me off. It seemed like she was just checking off boxes, asking required questions. I should have spoken up, but was too frustrated for it to have gone well. I think our call lasted about ten minutes, maybe not even that. I haven't experienced this from her before. Possibly it was because of the format of the appointment?
