Barely examined my child. The area her pediatrician felt popping Sarah didn't bother to check on. Talked to my mother as well as myself like what we said didn't matter (the history of the injury). Had no idea what could be the problem because the x-rays didn't show an issue. We let her know the bone wasn't the issue but a muscle or tendon as we've had the bones looked at already. Sarah said months and months of physical therapy needed to happen before she could even order and MRI scan. More so she treated us like there was no issue, no injury. Even though we've dealt with this injury affecting my 12 year old for years now. Sarah had no ideas or advice. It was a very pointless appointment. Sarah had a no all attitude when she knew nothing. I called my pediatrician after finally being told she could ask for the MRI to be done by sending ANOTHER referral. When I return I will be asking for a different doctor. If Sarah Zachary is the only one I will be going to a different office.

Sarah was great! She contacted whom she needed to get another opinion on what was best for our son. She was very thorough and caring. I think she could sense my concern and reassured us that we have been doing the best for our son.
