I needed a PCP as previous VUMC provider left..I did telehealth visit,but had to schedule an in person visit as well..Provider very understanding of concerns and needs.

I was unhappy with her delivery and verbiage used when talking about potential test results using words like will and being adamant that a particular condition would present itself based on relatives who had had the condition. There is NO way to know that regardless of DNA sequence outcomes. Perhaps someone could retrain her to use words/phrases like high probability or may not condemning a person who is already apprehensive about having a procedure done. I shut her out after that conversation. I would really like to change providers as my first impression of her was very, very, very poor.
