Dr Toye is very kind and thoughtful. She has shown a tremendous amount of patience and empathy with me and helped me understand my diagnosis and potential solutions to remedy chronic back and leg pain. Today's procedure could be frightening and stressful, however Dr Toye's bedside manner is exactly what I need to reduce the stress and concern. I greatly appreciate her calming demeanor and her thoughtfulness to explain the procedure as it's underway.

My experience with Dr. Toye was excellent today. I felt like I had autonomy regarding my treatment options and I was treated as a partner in making decisions. I was presented with a number of options regarding my treatment plan, each of which was explained thoroughly. Dr. Toye had excellent bedside manner and made me feel at ease. She was very friendly and professional In her manner, and I felt seen and cared for.
