Dr. Springer was very thorough explaining prior test results, his plan of care for me and the best medications needed for my treatment. He answered all of my questions in a manner whereby I was able to understand. He spent an adequate amount of time, meaning I did not feal like our meeting was rushed. I was told by dr springer that he had patients stacking up and he had his hand on the door knob. I was crying at that point in excruciating pain. He didn't even acknowledge my pain level.
