Felt no human concern for my problem.

Dr Shen was amazing. She was tuned in to my concerns and very kind. She was incredibly thorough and a great communicator about my disease process, treatment options and her recommendations. Cardiology is complex and she explains disease process clearly and in a way that anyone could understand. This was the same with how she described the procedure. She spent a lot of time with us and we both felt reassured when we left the visit. Her MA and RN were also terrific, great communicators and caring.

Dr. Shen is the best. Very detailed and takes the time to answer questions.
