Always feel rushed the the exam

Usually I feel care is good with Dr Shell. I feel that the symptoms related to my mental status were not taken into account and when bloodwork didn't show an immediate response the answer was virus. I felt blown off and given no relief or response to the possibility that my body was most likely responding to coming off of a medication and there was a way to resolve that without continued suffering that was not entertained.

Dr. Shell is a wonderful doctor I'm so lucky to have her for my primary care!

I've so many questions about this visit. Why didn't I get help with my breathing? Why wasn't my coughing addressed? Why did I need to be sent to an ER for tachycardia when the ER wasn't even concerned about it??

Dr. Shell is absolutely incredible. When I changed insurance providers, one of the main determining factors was whether Dr. Shell was in the network.

Dr. Shell is a top notch provider. She shows concern and compassion that helps ease any anxiety. She is the best!
