Dr. Donna Shell is knowledgeable & cares about her patients. One thing that stands out is how she listens to a patient - it gives her a chance to know the patient beyond vitals & test, which plays an important part in treating the people who rely on her care. Exceptional quality to have as a doctor.

With recently moving from Kentucky to Tennessee, and having had the same PCP in Kentucky for the past 35 years, I was nervous that I would not find another doctor that I connected with as well as my previous doctor. Dr. Shell has changed that. Her attention to my questions, time she took with me, obvious love for her profession, and ability to connect with me on our first visit was a game changer. I walked out feeling so relieved and grateful to have met her, and so thankful to now have her as my Primary Care Physician. Thank you, Dr. Shell!!!
