She was very caring kind and explained everything very well. She listened to my concerns and addressed them.

She made me feel like nothing was wrong when I came to get a second opinion. She evaluated old blood test and gave an opinion based on that without doing my labs first. Also when she referred me to a rheumatologist they were booked out til June. I asked if she could refer me else where, she declined and told me to ask my PCP. Which is fine, but it made me feel very unimportant or like a problem. It's not about what she said but the tone of her messages felt like she was just dumping me off instead of helping me. I made a switch from my last dr to get the help I need and she just made me feel worse. I know I may not be the type of patient she usually sees but I'm still a person who needs help. It's been a long year and I'm just looking for answers. I honestly Would NEVER recommend Dr Serrie to anyone. I wish she took the time to understand what I was going through and help me find the right path instead of just pushing me off to some where else that can't even help me til June 2025.

The doctor was fantastic and talked me through my concerns and the fact that she wasn't concerned helped calm me down perfectly.

Dr. Shannon Serie is absolutely phenomenal. I would recommend her to anybody. She ALWAYS has a solution for all of my health issues and takes her time with me & explains everything thoroughly.
