Provider did not appear to have reviewed my chart when I had a visit. She was unaware of why the Vanderbilt Neurologist had me on specific medications as if she did not even know how the medications worked for my condition. Towards the end of the visit she said If this doesn't work then I don't know what we can do for you (meaning headaches). We literally have not tried any preventative drugs, nerve blocks or botox so there are other options we have not tried. The MD's at Vanderbilt have always provided quality care which makes the level of care by the APRN disappointing.

Lexi asked a lot of questions and provided good alternatives for future care.

Lexi was excellent in all facets, really cares , knew the patient's history, etc

She and I work well together. Lexi listens carefully to what I say and checks any other options available.
