I was seen by an NP and NP student. I found that their approach to the visit was very much asking me what I wanted, but I felt that they could have asked more personalized diagnostic questions. For example, I brought up skin concerns and their immediate response was to get medication or use otc topical products, without asking further questions to help identify the cause of these concerns.
