OMG SHE WAS WONDERFUL I WAS SO EXCITED TO HAVE SOMEONE THAT ACTED LIKE THEY CARED THAT I WAS IN A LOT OF PAIN AND THAT I WAS GOING THROUGH A LOT IN LIFE AND THAT DOESNT HELP ME AT ALL SHE LISTEN AND HELPED ME TO UNDERSTAND SO MUCH EVEN BETTER THAN MY FIRST DR SHE IS THE BEST AND YES I WOULD REFER TO ANYONE BUT THE BAD THING IS THE TIME THAT IT TAKES TO GET IN TO SEE HER BUT I KNOW WHY NOW SHE IS A TRUE BLESSING

Was all around good experience

Anna Richmond was very thorough in explaining my issues and my planned treatment. She took an interest to understand my issues and underlying circumstances. In my past experiences with VU providers, I was treated as a number instead of a patient. Glad to see Anna Richmond improve the patient care. Look forward to my next appointment.
