Great provider. But length of time waiting to get an appt then every time I've been in I've waited over an hour before being called to an exam room. Every visit

Dr. Portrays and her staff are amazing and great to work with. One minor piece of feedback, during my time with her, I felt rushed and therefore forgot some of my questions.

I think Dr. Porras is great, but she has so many patients that she doesn't really have the time to get to know you. She keeps visits quick, and sometimes that is overwhelming. More explanation about the how and why would be better.

Exceptional concern/ bedside manner

My problem is complicated, and Dr. Porras is trying to determine the best treatment, a frustrating process.
