Dr Porras was very knowledgeable. Excellent communication and listening skills. Was very respectful of my hearing impairment. Spoke clearly and directly to me while making eye contact. She provided me with excellent care and with her caring and respectful manner she made my visit much less stressful. I would highly recommend here
