I was disappointed to learn that De. Podoll no longer provides contact lens prescriptions unless you chose to use the one prescribed before he stopped. I was told that I now need to see an optometrist to get a check up and prescription for contacts. Otherwise, I feel that Dr. Podoll is a very good ophthalmologist who genuinely cares for his patients.
