Dr. Penn is outstanding! She handled my case exceptionally well from start to finish, including the surgery she performed to address my issue. I was very well-informed at all times, and Dr. Penn thoroughly and patiently addressed all of my questions, both before and after the surgery. Dr. Penn has an excellent bedside manner as well and made me feel totally comfortable.

Every provider in the Vanderbilt system should aspire to this level of patient care. Despite a difficult diagnosis, I understand, I'm assured, and I feel better about my prognosis because of the care I receive.
