When I explained having repeated ear infections and constant fluid on my right ear, it was dismissed and questioned if I was going to someone that knew what those looked like. That was insulting to me and to my primary doctor that had referred me to them. I wasn't given any real answers to my concerns. The visit was truly disappointing.

Very thorough and explained the options for my treatment. Answered all of my questions. This is how patient and provider interactions should be everywhere. The Vanderbilt standard is exceptional.
