Dr. Ness is awesome. He's super personable and friendly, takes the time to thoroughly listen and explain things in a way that's easy to understand, and makes me feel confident in medical care.

Worst doctor I have ever seen. He said that I didn't have PCOS because you're not chunky like most women. Decided to check his phone for his home ring doorbell camera in the middle of the conversation. Did no test. Did not even look at the images I provided. Very disappointed in the experience and have to find another doctor just to do the Bare Minimum

My initial visit with Dr. Ness almost two years ago was a positive one. I felt listened to and like things were explained. Unfortunately, my more recent experiences have not been positive. I felt dismissed and like my questions/concerns were brushed off with simple explanations without any real consideration of my symptoms. There was a resident present and it felt like Dr. Ness addressed information more to him than me. I felt unable to ask further questions and no questions were asked about my GI symptoms which I'm being treated for (visit was about iron deficiency). I am iron deficient but not anemic and Dr. Ness seemed to indicate that that was not possible when there is an abundance of literature that clearly states it is. When I asked about concerns with ongoing PPI use and issues with iron absorption he also denied this as a possibility even though there is literature that indicates otherwise. He provided no explanation for why that didn't happen. I was overall disappointed and discouraged by the experience and am considering seeking a second opinion.

Very intelligent! Only issue was a concern of using expletives when speaking. It will not prevent me from coming, I just did not think it was appropriate.
