Although the doctor asked if I or my husband had questions I truly felt like I was not being listened to or heard. We dIdn't ask more questions because we both felt he didn't prepare for my visit with my records that were sent and did not listen to what I was telling him about my symptoms and what I have been dealing with. I waited months for this appointment and left devastated and in tears. The doctor kept telling me to eat. I haven't been able to eat and keep food down for over 2 years. I informed the Dr of major weight loss and was not ever put on a scale to be able to have that charted and monitored. When we called to make this appointment my caregiver explained who we were told to see/group and instead of scheduling listening they put us to follow up here. The entire process from scheduling to seeing the Dr felt like we were not listened too and dismissed. Very discouraging.

All seemed to be in a hurry. This time, always before Dr. Always took time to explain and listen. He is a very good doctor saw him several times.

I had everything prepared in my head that I wanted to tell the Dr when he came in and when he finally did he came in, in such a flurry and said the reason for being late was that he was on call with the hospital. After waiting all that time he hurriedly asked me a few questions, without me being able to give him the full picture of what was going on and my concerns. I think he spent a total of maybe 8 minutes with me and he seemed very rushed. I got on the elevator trying to process what just happened and did not have a good feeling. It bothered me the whole next day and I'm just not comfortable with what happened. He's going to put me under anesthesia and never asked me any background information or on any experience with previous surgeries not to mention he doesn't really know what's been going on with me. He never even explained the procedure, the process, what to expect, nothing. He looked like he read the risks off the computer and never even looked at me. I didn't even get to process any questions I might have and had to ask the nurse a couple of questions that I thought of when she came in.

The best GI dr I've ever been too and in my life time it's been alot! I would definitely recommend him! He definitely knows his stuff

Suggested he had other ways of dealing with my issue if it arise.

Dr was very helpful. Gave me time to ask any questions I had.
