I will be requesting to see a different doctor for my next visit. Dr. Mooney was very quick to ask questions but didn't take a moment to listen for the answers before asking another question. When sharing my concern for my problem and how it affects my everyday life, I was not given a reason for the pain or a possible explanation for why I am in constant pain. Instead it was made to feel like I was there for no real reason. Everyone else I encountered was pleasant and kind and LISTENED to my answers to their questions. I felt like I wasted my own time being there.

I just didn't care for the way we were treated, medicine is not like it used to be where drs actually listen to their patients.

Dr. Mooney seemed to be in a rush. I did not feel listened to, and was over talked. As explaining my issue, a lot of probable things were ignored of ruled out with reasons given for example I don't think that's the case because of your age and not having other symptoms usually related to that issue I would have like things to be considered regardless of what's usual or associated with age. Given my history, and disease, nothing is usual. Also, she spoke fast. I barely know what the next steps are besides an MRI. I would preferred for the recommended knee brace to be written on a piece of paper or noted in my chart to reference later once home. For the amount of pain I am experiencing, limited mobility, and limited activities, I would have liked a more in depth visit. I've waited to visit a doctor for this issue for some time, and it's because most times the appointments are rushed, and I don't feel I get answers that offer a resolution. I will be seeing a non- Vanderbilt doctor for this issue.

My wait in the room was because she consulted with radiology about my concern which I was very appreciative about.
