She doesn't listen to what you have to say

I tend to overthink some things, and I have many questions. Caitlyn is patient with me, and I appreciate that.

She may be knowledgeable but I walked away feeling like I wasted my time and money and I have no more answers than before. No real recommendations as to my next moves and the prescription I was supposed to be given never made it to the pharmacy.

Caitlin was awesome. She totally understood my reasons for postponing my spine surgery at this time. We discussed all options.

100% Hands down can't ask for any better from beginning to end outstanding appointment

She wanted me to do things she knew I couldn't do n then unexpectedly, she started poking me n gave me no warning or told me that she was going to do that.
