Hannah, was awesome. I trusted her with helping me decide on a course of treatment. I feel she went above here professional responsibility in addressing my concerns and easing my anxiety.

Hannah Lee is an outstanding provider - very knowledgeable, involves you in the treatment plan and decision making process. Can't recommend her highly enough.

Yeah I'm sorry, she's a nice lady but I'm still in significant pain. I don't think pain management is the key here. I think there could be something musculoskeletal that's significant, perhaps from falling. She said the test are objective but there's been plenty of times tests don't come up positive. She didn't really try to investigate the issue (which I understand as it's awkward) but being on a plane with significant pain and talking with my NP later about how there's still things I should do to rule out (eg MRI) just feels annoying. Hopefully she'll look at the tests intensively and make an action plan - that'll make this go from a 3 to a 5.

Super experience, she was very informative and helpful while showing concern and professionalism.

Nurse Lee seemed interested in my health and in me understanding the results of tests. She stressed that if anything changed before next appointment to contact her. She is very caring and thorough.

All staff are always professional and friendly. Hannah Lee is very good explaining the issues and always asked if we have further questions.
