Dr. Kroop is very knowledgeable and has accessed the pertinent information from my chart. She doesn't need to shuffle paperwork to get up to speed. Since I've seen her a few times and we've come to know one another, she can tell how things are going. This is a definite asset.Note: Since Dr. Kroop is a Specialist and I don't know many people with PSA, I wouldn't have anyone to recommend her to.
