Dr. Koo was absolutely spectacular. She listened carefully to my symptoms and she was so kind when explaining what was happening. She reassured me that I wasn't going crazy with all these symptoms and made sure I had a tissue when I got overwhelmed. I felt seen and heard. I could not recommend her more highly. Her expertise and her compassion shine through.
