Tamara is great. She answers all questions and never makes the visit seem rushed.

Dr. Keowan is wonderful! I can't imagine seeing anyone else for my health needs.

My first experience with this institution was top notch!

Nurse Tamara and the staff were all very pleasant and professional, and I received excellent service. However, my wait time was longer than expected, which impacted my schedule. Although my appointment was scheduled for 2:15 PM, I wasn't seen until around 3:15 PM. Nurse Tamara did acknowledge that appointments were running behind, which I appreciated. While the care I received was outstanding, I believe there's room for improvement in reducing the wait time before appointments.

She takes the time to listen to your concerns and come up with solutions. Goes over possible side effects and gives you the opportunity to decide if you want to proceed.
