Nurse Tamara and the staff were all very pleasant and professional, and I received excellent service. However, my wait time was longer than expected, which impacted my schedule. Although my appointment was scheduled for 2:15 PM, I wasn't seen until around 3:15 PM. Nurse Tamara did acknowledge that appointments were running behind, which I appreciated. While the care I received was outstanding, I believe there's room for improvement in reducing the wait time before appointments.

She takes the time to listen to your concerns and come up with solutions. Goes over possible side effects and gives you the opportunity to decide if you want to proceed.

I have never liked going to my well woman appointments until Dr. Keown. I have never felt so listened to and cared for by a gyno than I have at these appointments.

Dr. McKeown is wonderful. She listens and advises with options, she explains each step through the procedures, she is professional yet a very warm and caring person.

Dr. Keown went above and beyond to listen to me and all the things I'm going through and that I feel I am pre-menopausal. She talked with me not at me. She was polite, friendly, warm, she never dismissed me, she couldn't help with herbal things as that isn't what she does only FDA, she said we can discuss things more and she will monitor me over the years and will be with me through this part of my life and into menopause and post menopause. She understood my concerns and the risks I had read about with hormone replacement therapy. She suggested keeping me on my birth control pills. She didn't feel the need for me to have blood drawn at that time. She gave me more time than I expected to receive. I thought I would have been dismissed since I'm perimenopause or told I'm too young as other women friends of mine have had happen to them. She even gave me a doctor's name to listen to her podcasts so I could learn more about this process our bodies go through. I had asked if I would understand it since I don't come from a medical background. She said yes as she learns as a provider & as a woman herself. Dr. Keown took a lot of time to listen to me & my concerns & my big file full of information, answered additional questions as we got me set up to be examined & then we made note that in 2025 I will have a Pap Smear. She was warm, kind, compassionate, caring, I felt like we were on a team together & she is different than when I saw her for the first time in 2023. Any concerns and questions I had during the exam she was able to answer and help me understand.
