Wonderful experience. Truly, PA Shannan listened to all my concerns, discussed my options in detail that I could understand. Answered questions in same manner. Detail I and my spouse understood, Very professional and what I. Would Say, thorough. She was patient and understanding about MY concerns. Her explanation of options was so helpful.. AND she understood my fears' of any spine treatments. I was very happy with her.
