I had to have a keloid removed from a surgery I had. Dr Kassis took care of it that day so I didn't have to come back to Nashville..

The entire visit with Dr al Kassis and Nurse Gerald was very confrontational. Dr al Kassis tried to talk me out of doing the procedure, and became very curt and impatient with me when I insisted that he should do the procedure I took the day off and drove 3 hours for.

Dr. Kassis was very informative and the visit comfortable. I appreciate his advice and opinions regarding potential treatments about my issue.

Provider was friendly. Listened carefully to make sure he understood where my pain was coming from. He explained the cause of my pain and the procedure that could help the pain. Waiting for the office to call and schedule an appointment for the procedure.
