Dr. Kaplan is one of the only providers, besides my PCP, that actually listens to my concerns.

If I could, I would acore Dr. Kaplan even higher than 5's, if possible! Even though I was worked into her schedule the day after messaging her, she took time to ask very thorough questions and to listen to my answers and sought clarification if needed. I never felt rushed. After the examination she gave her impression of what was going on, explained the course of treatment to address it, asked my choice of the options provided, and followed with next steps if the medication did not provide relief. I left feeling encouraged and like I had a plan.
