Dr K is FABULOUS! Personable, knowledgeable, and kind.

Dr. K was very rude to both myself (the patient) and my husband. He was arrogant and mean spirited throughout this visit. When I did attempt to speak and share my thoughts that I was not being given the same information from the multiple Vanderbilt providers who had been seeing me (the patient) Dr. K stated I (the patient) was the problem because I (the patient) did not listen and that everyone was telling me the same information, I was just not listening! Dr. K reminded me he had read the case notes from his colleague. My primary reason I was seeing Dr. K was to discuss ablation surgery. He barely touched on this topic and told me (the patient) about adding more medication. He concluded his statements by saying if you and your husband make up your mind as to what you want to do, call me in about six months and walked out of the room and basically left us sitting there. I do not plan on returning to see Dr. K for anything and have shared his behavior with others who have been concerned about me and my health.

Both were very good with the concerns of me and my family members that were there. They did a very thorough job of making sure I understood the procedures that are going to take place.

I would recommend every person who has a heart issue especially with irregular heartbeats to see the staff at Vanderbilt and Dr Kanagasundegrun. He and his staff are amazing and professional and care about my future health. I am extremely grateful.
