I like Dr. Jacobson, and trust her with my health-I followed her to this clinic from a previous practice. My issue with this visit is as follows: I waited for 35 minutes to be seen. I get it, things happen. You wait at the doctor's office. Inconvenient? Sure. Day ruiner? Not at all. I was examined by the doctor for 5-10 minutes, told to get dressed, and that she'd return for questions. She never returned. 20+ minutes later, I opened my door and asked a nurse if she was coming back? The answer was no. I was free to go. The staff literally forgot about me. I told the nurse I had questions for the doctor. The nurse returned with a post-it note and said the doctor wants to know what my questions are. I came to the clinic to be seen in person, not to communicate via post-it notes. The nurse returned with my doctor's responses on a post-it note. When I said I'd like to speak with the doctor, I was then told that I can either wait for her (she was with another patient), or, and this was suggested, wait for her response via the MyHealth portal. Again, I'm an in-person patient. The nurse saw the doctor in the hallway as I was leaving and my questions were addressed in the hallway, without any privacy. I asked, in the hallway, for a prescription refill. This feels out of bounds and ultimately does not meet my expectations of care, both from Vanderbilt as well as Dr. Jacobson.

Truly 1st class and I liked being tested by someone with the same type skin as I have. This was sun exposure and dry skin related conditions.

Would like for the physician to have been a little more specific in explaining my condition and all curative options.
